    Great Response from ya"all
    Here are some tips;
    1. Work with different octaves for instruments
    2.Try tunning the kick fundamental freq up or below the bass inst. Vise versa
    3.Have no more than 4 elements playing at the same time. E.g Rhythm: Drumz Or strums frm guitars; bass for foundation; pads for glue; vocals for lead and a lead inst for support with melodies or phrases that work
    4. Try the call and response techniques with instruments
    5.sequence based on frequency spectrum e.g bass and kick for lows; pads or piano for mid; synths for highs
    6. Use ref tracks in similar genre
    7.Think 3D while sequencing; left/right/up/down/back/front. Reverbs,delays and mods are ur frind here
    8.If in doubt of your sound, please change it asap because its likely to fail at the end
    9. Try layering to thicken sounds
    10. Be positive, Be cofident, and call your girlfriend & tell her how much you love her
