    Hi AS community.

My overdrive pedal started losing sound.
I noticed that turning (also bending, twisting, pushing) the tone potentiometer makes the sound come and go. Resoldered it. Same thing. Then i snapped and decided to spray it with some contact cleaner. Which seemed to have killed it completely. Then I must have subconsciously decided to kill it for sure by disassembling it with a small drill (photo 1).

There must be replacements I thought. But couldn't find any. Except for a full "ibanez ts9dx pots replacement set" for 40+ eur which is roughly half the whole pedal).
I just don't know - what even are these? Why are there two pairs of values printed on them?

I would love to replace the volume knob too (photo 2) if possible.

Hoping some wise audio sex men will be able to help out.

    Thanks

I was heavy into pedals and even had a business for 13 years. I've never seen a pot with those markings. I bet it's proprietary, because normal off-the-shelf pots have markings like "10KA" or something, not just "10".

wat pedals are these? Most have 10k pots, but the problem with these products are for some they are custom made, which means they have a rotating degree like 270 or 68 or similar

Thanks a lot for your replies.

    It's an ibanez ts9dx.
These pots come from the firm called Alps (Japan). So not exactly cheap.
I dont have anything to measure their resistance but judging by the schematics i was able to find today it should be 20k for tone and 100k for volume.
I'll get some of those cheap chinese ones to try i guess.

    Thanks again

Hey, also note the taper of the pots in the schematic, if it's shown. Most pots are either A-taper, which has a logarithmic taper. Or B-taper, which is linear.

Alps pots are considered to be among the finest money can buy.
