Can i install a Newer Version over Older versions

    At the moment i have FL.Studio.v20.0.4.629 Installed can install the latest version over it?
    Or do i need to uninstall it first? i am kinda scared i don't want to mess things up!

    i usually just install over, it works with no issues and your settings stay intact, depends on you mate

    You can install it side by side as well: when renaming the installation folder in the setup with a distinct name (E.g. FL Studio 205). However, this messes a bit with the option to uninstall one of the FL's with the apps and features tool, so if you want to uninstall one of them later, you need to delete the (205) folder manually.

    To not mess up anything else: Don't forget to uncheck the Plugin-Database installation and to select "Migrate previous" Settings and unselect "clear" during the setup!
