    Any synth that has SineLFO on pitch (vibrato) and pitch-bend. Splash alot of reverb on it and you are almost done.
    Oscillators doesn't really matter (try organ-ish sound, or "organ" wavetable if you have), but try stacking two on top of each other and let one play an octave (or two) above the original one.

    Plain SAW wave without filtering. Later on, a second saw wave oscillator is added, tuned up 5 semitones, at about 50% lower level.
    If you prefer, you can use the second OSC at very slightly detuned unison at the beginning.
    And *loads* of reverb like Baxter said :wink:
