Look, iff You will make some simple tasks, Mac is probably good. Iff You need a piece of design in Your office, it is even greater. But iff You want to make something more complicated, then You will have to make some serious cahs out.

And why Windows and OSx on same machine? It is complicated enough with just one OS. As You buy Yamaha HS80 and M-Audio Bx8 speakers...

iMac is 4x+ time more expensive iff you don't look the screen (better not mentioning expensive low-end laptops with very old hardware).
