i have the opportunity to buy a used pc pretty cheap.
is this enough for audio production?

Unless you get a really, really good price, I'd probably skip.

But whether or not the system is workable completely depends on you.

The SSD is too small to hold anything but your programs, Windows itself and a handful of samples.
The HDD is too small and too slow to be a consideration.

The amount of RAM is fine for everything except gigantic orchestral templates.

The CPU is pretty slow, but will handle most workflows if you're willing to start compromising at some point (less demanding or fewer plugins/instruments, freezing tracks).

i can get this computer for 130€, is that ok?

 

will massive x run on that cpu?

 

I don't have Massive X, but 130€ seems like a good price.

 

Massive X is not a very big resources user. It will easily run great on an i7.

 

According to NI Massive X needs AVX instructions to run, so Ivy Bridge CPUs like the 3770 should be ok as they support AVX(1) but not AVX2.

I bought a 2nd hand 3770k with Motherboard Bundle with 16GB in 2017 and only sold it last year in August for £150 with an extra 16GB = 32GB and think the memory cost me about £140 in 2017. It should do the job but recommend disabling Hyper Threading and Turbo for Audio Production. They are still great. I got a 2nd hand Dell (AMD) RX560 for £50 a couple of years ago so I could watch 4k with the 3700k too although not required

 

Seems a good price to me. The CPU is the clear bottleneck. But as long as plugins and the rest of soft doesn't start demanding AVX2 it should be fine.

 

3770 doesn't even officially support Windows 10, so either you want Windows 7 system (and appropriately old programs and plugins) or you want some hassle with making Windows 10 work,
that said, I still got some old 3770K pc working fine, so for 130€ it can be okay deal IF it's not some factory HP, DELL or Lenovo which use special motherboard and power supply with special incompatible connectors

 

A 3rd gen i-7. I would skip on this. I would go for at least 10 or 11 gen minimum processor
