if you ever wondered how a piano works, and what a piano maker or piano technician does, wonder no more!
A friend of mine has a youtube channel where he documented his work, step by step and in every detail.
It's a great insight in the beautiful craft of piano making and afaik there are no other videos covering every aspekt of this trade like this on youtube.

Unfortunately, he passed away a few days after his 60th birthday recently , so please no bad-mothing. He was the humblest, most down-to-earth person you can imagine, and his videos reflect this. Most piano technicians I know act like their trade was some kind of wizardry - he didn't, and that's why he made those videos.
