I use AudioZ quite a lot, what an excellent site, I often visit on three different platforms, Chrome, which is fine, iPhone which is fine, but on my iPad the browser seems to get hijacked every time to a site named "mobirewards" which inform me that I'm the 1000th visitor and Iv'e won an ipad, I cannot seem to get rid of it. It only happens on my iPad,but if I disable Java, then it works fine, but really I quite like java..... any help

:UPDATE: it also does it on my iPhone, so it must be some Java script on this site, once the reader kicks in on Safari, then the java pop up appears....bloody anoying, most ad blocks only block popups and not Java popup.

UPDATE 2: Just been to Tescos (lol) and in the corner was a public display advertising iPads so I thought that I should try putting in a web search for audioz, which I duly did, and got the same results, hijacked web page!!!!! So I presume that the coding is connected to the audioz site, or one of its advertisers. If anyone from there is reading this, then can some action be taken, as it's driving me NUTS.

Use an AdBlock app and you should be good to go :)

Didn't know there are such things for iPad - Safari!
    Can you suggest any?

I use AdBlockPlus in Firefox on my PC.

It's a scam that has been hitting a fair number of people using iOS and Android.
    Code:
    http://www.techfruit.com/2012/06/11/mobrewards-scam-targeting-ios-and-android-users/
It hijacks the JavaScript alert mechanism pop-up, so the only way to turn it off for good would be to turn off JavaScript.

You could perhaps try to turn on the native pop-up blocker in Safari, but I doubt it'll help. Before you do make sure you clear cache, cookies, turn on private browsing etc.. As described here:
    Code:
    http://www.guidingtech.com/16034/clear-cache-history-browse-privately-safari-iphone/
Whatever you do, don't give them any information, phone numbers, etc. They will then start to send you SMSs, and charge you for them. That's how the fraud works.
