Hello all fellas! I've been testing the Ample Sound Les Paul Guitar virtual instrument. Sounds good I think! Please elaborate... :) Cheers

    You've given me an idea.

I use Music Lab's Les Paul and I would like to see how these two compare. I will work on something and upload it here too. What fx or eq did you use with it?

    Built in eq/compressor/delay/Reverb :)

It's actually the default factory setting. Cheers :)

Good job I came back to read that. I'd better turn the amp off. Actually I will do a version with and without amp

This is very interesting, but have you both used the same MIDI score?
Ample Sound has this incredibly powerful guitar pro tab import feature.

It started out as a midi file but I didn't like the arrangement so I amended it, but more worryingly the mix sounds like crap, yet at the time it sounded good.
I'm having a go with a different guitar vst and see if that improves

OK I give up, how have you managed to do that without using a real guitar to make the pitch bends etc? I've tried for almost 2 days now
