Is this the only company where you want to bypass a plugin you have to load the plugin every time and bypass it from the plugin itself because the daw bypass is ignored by the plugin. Really?
Is this only an issue in Cubase or everywhere?
How the fuck do you mess up something so basic?

Works fine for me in Reaper. Haven't tried my Boz plug-ins in any other DAW.

In cubase when you open the inserts, you can bypass any plugin just by clicking on the bypass button, only BOZ plugins are not working that way.
Maybe this is a Cubase only issue?

If you are using versions from the sister site it might have something to do with that. They don't seem to work perfectly as every time you close the host and start it again, you need to re-register the plug-ins (I think there was some talk about a bypass issue as well, in the comment section of some release). Otherwise it might be a Cubase problem. I only have my legit Boz plug-ins installed, so I don't know if there is a difference with k'ed versions.

EDIT: This was a problem with the older R2R releases, I hadn't noticed that another group has released problem free versions since.

All BOZ plugins must be registered with the same username.

it is often not a safe bet that steinberg follows their own standards, there are many examples where something vst doesnt work in the past, but i am pretty sure that the bypass buttons in cubase and nuendo send the "normal" bypass message to vst. otherwise most other plugins would also not work. ;)

Not sure i understand your point. Bypass works on everything except boz plugins, this is why i suspect something is wrong with boz plugins.

Will try to register again with the same name, i hope this is the issue.

Correct, but that's the def setting means, the user name shows up automatically.

@hackerz4life I tried bypassing three different Boz pluggies in Reaper and two editors, no problems.
