Not bad, but overdrive isn't realistic. I've never found an emulation that nails it. It's a growl not just distortion.

 

Acousticsamples B-5 V2 might get you there. Shame there is no demo, though.

Myself, I'm wondering if GSI will release VB3 2 this year...

Or maybe Eric's cooking up electric organs expansion for Keyscape...

Eric and his half ass sampled libraries lol!! Don't count on it!! B5V2 is king at this point in time.

 

I'm still running the 32bit GSI for its distortion. It's the least like a fuzz box and I have a Hammond XK-3C with a tube drive and it's meh.

so, Hammond lovers and junkies, did anyone try the demo out? looks generous with full functionality and only a quiet cracks once in 2 minutes.

 

Basically Persing has a lot of people drinking his Kool-Aid. He sampled a large number of great instruments. However, they all are half ass. I dont know how he got people like Corey Henry & Greg Philliganes to suck up to his crap... & another thing, the contemporary Christian scene swings low from the Persing nut bag. They all use Omnisphere for their emo-worship songs.... I hate Persing for being a douchebag with his D-50 PCM samples & driving small companies out of business who took the time to sample Roland gear that was no longer in production. If I were to ever come across Persing in person I probably would call his fat ass out even if it meant I lost a job... Basically I hate him.... lol!

 

I see you're biased towards him, but that's not what I mean. I was asking about the products. What is half-assed about Keyscape? (except it should include electric organs part as well imo)

• Doesn't steal keyboard Return/Enter keys inside DAWs any more
• Added Contact Timing control in Options menu

The Contact Timing control should address issues where it key closure sounds too extreme at low MIDI velocities.
