Hey. Just as the header says, is it enough to block just your daw from calling home or do you have to block all plugins individually as well as your daw ?

if their vst they usually do it via the daw, get a firewall that asks you what to do when anything new tries to connect that you havn't allowed. Nothing needs to talk to net to run, maybe sometimes a installer needs to download to grab files but shouldn't with crack software, so I'd just allow your legit through if it needs it at first, but block everything as a rule. if your legit needs a connection and won't run, you can go back to the firewall and change it to allow.
