    You did register your hardware didn't you? Maybe it is for certain devices, I have a 2i4 and thinking about a 4th gen 4i4

    Yes I did. I have 18i20 first gen.
    Anyway most of these plugins end up at sister site lol

    I like to support companies by having legitimate versions of their software that have been given away free. Gives me a sense of purpose

    I understand, and I also buy software, but if I cant have what I should have for free, why not use the cracked version.

    :facepalm:Very simple.Companies reward its customers by making available to them free of charge certain otherwise paid programs. Every customer that fits the eligibility criteria is per se entitled to it, and therefore feels that he or she should have it. Just like airline free miles, or bonus points. In sum, rewards for loyalty. That is what you called the "should have free mentality." What is it so hard to grasp?
