Bitwig and PreSonus are making it easy to share projects between programs for producers using multiple DAWs. Transferring projects between programs can be time-consuming or complex and Bitwig has teamed up with PreSonus to create a free, open, DAW-agnostic file format that allows you to save projects in one DAW and open them in another. This new DAWproject file format is now supported in Bitwig Studio (5.0.9) and Studio One (6.5).
This is probably where the push to Linux for Presonus came from.

This is really great, now I can basically switch to Studio One without that being much of an issue, Bitwig already imports projects from Live and FL, this is really neat stuff and would ease transitions to different DAW's, well done guys.
