I am using Cubase V5.1 and Kontakt V5.6.5, and I am unable to get Big Fish Audio's SMACK to load in Kontakt.


I select the directory for Big Fish Audio's SMACK and in the 'Files' view when I click on 'Import' to load the library Kontakt brings up a 'Batch Import' popup. So still in the SMACK directory I set a new directory for both the Instruments & Samples, click 'Convert' and when it has finished I try 'Import' again and Kontakt brings up a 'Batch Import' popup again.


I have also tried the 'Batch re-save' but Kontakt loads a popup that says "Your new Library needs to be added before this Instrument can be used" etc etc.


I am now stuck so has anyone any tips or suggestions please?
