BFD3 Core Library Installer - won't launch (macOS Mojave)

    The Installer for the Core Library won't launch on my machine, gives the error "The application 'BFD3_Core_Library_OSX" can't be opened.

    I used SFV and verified the rars are not corrupted, and used reliable app (BetterZip) to unarchive them, so I think it's out dated?

    How can I install the Core Library on my machine? Can some double click there's on Mojave to see if it launches?

    It's a permissions issue, I faced the same thing with the BFD3 installer. Download PermissionRest (I just searched for it online)
