I have Cubase 7 and love it for mastering as I know my way around and it gives a nice end product. However, for production workflow I prefer rewiring my Reason 6.5 into Ableton. Once my production is complete, bar mastering, what is the best way to export is as a multitrack so I can then master in Cubase?

Not sure on what you mean by your question. I thought all you did once you were done producing on Ableton was bounce all individual tracks and import them to the next DAW for mixing?

you can either rewire ableton into cubase and record in real time. you would create+arm as many tracks as you have in ableton and record.

the other option would be to bounce the tracks in ableton. ableton sucks at bouncing btw.

i do the same thing except into logic (or pro tools) and the rewire option is what i prefer.
