Just Ask Yourself what u need to know about massive and omnisphere & use youtube , you will get everything you need
first search in youtube for NI Massive Interface Tutorial OR Omnisphere Interface Tutorial
when you figure out everything about the interface & The Basics of making your unique sounds
After getting the knowledge it will be so much easy to work with both software
I Recommended Omnisphere It has more power and potential

If you go for Omnisphere
i would sugesst the spectrasonics webside just click on the video tab and tutorials there you find the basics

and also recomend at you tube to search for pluginguru

this guy has tut`s for massive and omnisphere

that should help for a good start
