Which are the best sources to get glitch sounds? There are some VST specially made to design them? There are some sample packs that would you recommend?

there are lots of different plugins you can use. you can get midi fx plugins and stick them before your synth/sampler plugins. you can get audio fx plugins that go after. and of course you can find samples. There are some options available for NI Reaktor too. Some people even still use old software like Audiomulch. Glitched drum materials with stuff like Tim Exile's keymasher. Renoise. Probably M4L devices in Ableton.

Some plugin devs are GlitchMachines, K-Devices, Traktion Dawsome, Audio Damage, some of the Arturia FX like Fragments, and granular plugins. Izotope Stutter Edit.

Personally, I think it is cliche and a good sign you have run out of ideas for a track; but I guess you did not ask that.
