Whats the best settings for youtube video upload (1080p) or 1920x1080 NTSC @23.967 FPS (24FPS).

I'm currently using Magix Video Pro X.

    The export screen has:

    1. Bitrate mode: Variable or Constant???
    2. Average Bitrate (kbit/s): -----
    3. Maximum Bitrate (kbit/s): ----
    4. CPB (Kbytes): ----

    5. Maximum GOP Length: ----
    6. GOP Structure: IBBP

    7. Profile: High
    8. Level: 3.1
    9. Coding Quality: Balanced or Best???

    10. Hardware Acceleration: ON or OFF???
    11. HRD: ON or OFF???

Also, what does CPB means and how can you determine the CPB to use? Quite new to video editing.

export lossless avi, then encode it with handbrake.
then make sure cropping is disabled (it's on by default),
    1. only choose variable bitrate when using live preview while uploading
    2. using very-slow over slower has no visual advantage with higher resolutions and constant quality 18 and below
    3. make sure that the audio encoding is logical
