i want to set the Pitch Bend Range of the Engine to 12 for A Plugin that is called Fluid Pitch to Microtune.

When you want to use Fluid Pitch correctly you must set the Pitch Bend Range to 12 in your used Synth.

When i want to Set the Pitch Bend Range in Engine 2 do i have to set the Pitchbend -12 and +12 or -6 and +6 or something else ?

Normally a pitchbend range of 12 means + and -12semitones. Which is an octave up and down. +-6 would be a very unlogical interval, a diminished fifth.

 

this is a pretty unconventional plugin. I think they need to match in both this plugin and the synth, and then that is the total range the plugin uses for it's mathematical divisions and results in between full semitones.

say it defaults to any value. couldn't you just find the matching value in the Fluid plugin?
