Rando is so freakin sick. Its one of my all time favorite plugins. It needs some development, but the dev's are on it. Releasing great updates. Its already an incredible tool, just needs some refinement to take it to the next level. i would say its mandatory for any sample hoarder, or sample based music maker. Endless inspiration.

    for me in 2024:

    Instruments:
    - KICK3 (the new features, made it so much more enjoyable to create kickdrum with it)
    - DSP56300 emus (all)
    - Exakt FM Synth
    - Massive (w/o X) and Sylenth1 (those work still very good for how i use them)

    FX:
    none

Airwindows released many plugins this year (like every year), these are my favs:
ADClip8 (even if I still prefer ADClip7 for many tasks because they're different beasts)
    Stonefire
    BiquadNonLin
Consolidated (the holy grail of plugins)
    Discontinuity
Meter (it helped me a lot to understand some key concepts and to improve my mixing skills)
    CreamCoat
    Dubly2/3
    ToTape8
    Zoom
    Srsly3
    Air4
    Hypersoft
    StonefireComp

    Presumably this: Airwindows Consolidated

It's an all-in-one Airwindows plug-in, so you don't have to install the hundreds of them separately. Very good stuff.

I tried presswerk few month ago from u-he during mastering of one of my tracks on the master couple times instead of my all the time Tyrannosaurus classic master limiter and during my rehabilitation from using it alot
I like it a lot and it was handy and helpful...
I also do like infected mushroom plugins a lot the whole 2024 bundle!
Also few weeks ago I tried the VST version of the Avalon VT737 at my friend's Studio and my first impressions was very interesting and cool to work with...

For me.. VPS Avenger 2 and I have loved the improvements to Logic Pro 11. I think 2025 has to be the year where I streamline and really get to know the mass of plugins I already have.

Kindly help. me out here, guys.
If you had to choose between KClip, Saturate by newfangled audio, Ash by Acustica AudioOR Gold clip for a Bass DI, which one would you go for?

    Regards.

Kclip. Its the lightest of the bunch, and has the benefit of having dry/wet + MB. for a bass DI, its more than sufficient and has more control over tonal shaping. ASH is arguably the best sounding, but they are all great ( i own all lol)

Awesome. Thanks for the reply. Since you own 'em all, if you had a choice of using either ASH or KClip, which would be your bet?Primarility for Bass DI but can be used for vocals, Drums,,,etc?

    Goal: Great Sound
    LOUD
