    Hi Folks,

I am after a low disksize symphony / orchestral libraray. I have seen releases like piano in blue and another spitfire release that had been downsampled and had some things removed to make it smaller and still kick ass.

I dont mind a couple of gigs I just want something that will not swallow up my whole laptop.

    Thanks

if you're searching for minified, then also search for rollerball.

Sonuscore "The Orchestral Complete 2", or even the one, is my go-to

do you find the scores you write with that one to sound convincing and realistic enough? it has nice scripting and features though, that is for sure.
if we're talking about actual libraries then maybe also berlin inspire 1 and 2.

Can you share a few demo created with this library that you do not find realistic?

They sound great size considered. Well, not mine's because I'm bad as fuck . But I've heard 3rd party examples pretty impressive. I mean, just playing with the presets/multis makes you salivate.

Of course, don't make a long sustain with only one instrument because they're looped, the main compromise in order to be so small.
That's about the main competitor of The Orchestra AFAIK. For some reason I don't remember I still liked more TO and discarded them.
