Best Live 10 R2.R release?

    Hi Ableton users. I need your help.
    I will switch to Ableton :yes:, but before install,
    I want to know, in your experience, wich R2.R release of version 10 is the most stable.:dunno:

    You know... there are a lot of releases uploaded to sister site. :woot:
    I want to download, install and run... everything cool and smooth... :wink:

    I'm not interested in version 11:rofl:

    ableton's copy protection is fairly lackluster compared to others, so there's not much variability in the quality of releases. get the latest one so you have all of the bug fixes (although 11 is great too)

    10.1.41 as that is compatible with Launchpad mk3 /launckey mk 3 without having to write your own scripts. AND allows you to save as mp3 should you wish to do so.

    As for being stable? I find they are all pretty stable until you introduce3rd party plugins.. that's where things can go awry, but this version is as stable as any.

    I believe all versions allow saving as mp3. Check your settings if that's not the case. I don't think it's default for more recent releases.

    As for the OP, read through the Ableton release notes and pull the version that is most compatible with your operating system and hardware requirements. As noted above, some hardware/devices need specific versions. Also, some Ableton features/devices are only available in recent releases.

    R2R and NoGrp/Patched releases are identically. For the NoGrp/Patched release you need the R2R keygen for Live 10 versions additional, but there is the last final version patched to work: 10.1.43.

    This is what I'm going to do.
    - I'm gonna download version 10.1.30 and 10.1.43 from sistersite.
    - I'm going to install ver. 1.43 and use the keygen from ver. 1.30 (R2.R)
