instructions to install it on mac
1. open terminal and type

/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"

2. type in terminal

HTML:

brew install youtube-dl

3. type in terminal

HTML:

brew install youtube-dl ffmpeg

how to use it instructions
1. open terminal let's say for example you like the file will download to the desktop you type

cd ~/Desktop

now when you in the desktop path if you like to download a mp3 only the song you type this command just don't forget to replace the link of the http of your song

youtube-dl -i --extract-audio --audio-format mp3 --audio-quality 0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cedoBlUvBlI

if you like to download video you type this command

HTML:

Example :
youtube-dl --recode-video mp4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cedoBlUvBlI

i use this mp3 yt mirror site....or xtreme download manager...or whats really easy is jdownloader..
