Is it still possible to get r4e version? I have searched and can't seem to find it.

 

And i don't have a freaking clue, how do you know, am i batch re-saving all my libraries and how do you entitle yourself to talk me my ip birthday wishes tneb about my private solutions and to judge them, if they weren't the main subject and i didnt mention that at all .OF-TOPIC!

r4e's installer is easier. It's a repack of P2P.

Incidentally, it's great to see that the two people in this thread asking for help have found AS before they knew of AZ; the link of which I gave them both via pm.
This proves my point re. the arguement of 'everybody' finding AS via AZ, which obviously isn't true, and isn't how I found AS myself either.

i've been busy so i havent got around trying anything yet.
im using MAC OSX High Sierra With Logic Pro someone has mentioned Kontakt 6.2.1 (R42) has worked for them fine so i will give it a got and will update

 

So, to be clear: on a Mac, we have to use version 5.6.6 to load libraries, but they won't be visible..
And then we can open 6.2.1 in Logic and the libraries will show up there??
I recently upgraded to High Sierra from Mavericks, alas...

ive downloaded Kontakt 6.2.1 (R42) and its working now nut im getting the following error for some libraries "this instrument belongs to a library that is currently not installed " so would i now need to get a 5.6.6 to load the libraries that are not working

 

So with the "some libraries" you say, I guess you're trying to load an instrument for a library you haven't installed.
How did you load the other libraries? Is this a legit Kontakt version by any chance?
K'd Kontakt for Mac usually comes with a version of 5.6.0 or 5.6.6 for loading libraries...

 

kontakt 5.6.0 for adding libraries and 5.8.1 (cant add stuff cause of native acess) for using newer ones
i tried kontakt 6.x for newer stuff like analog dreams but with no success, have to retry at some time

After you've loaded a lib in 5.6.0, look in Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Centre.
There should be a .xml file for the lib.
It may say an SNPID # of <000>, but the SNPID # in the .nicnt will have the actual #.
Copy the SNPID # from the .nicnt to the .xml file.
Then they will show up in Kontakt 6.2.1+.

 

Hi everyone, I just joined the forum and sorry for my not very good English. After years in which I always bought everything, I decided to try installing a cracked kontakt, but I am having a lot of difficulties. I have kontakt 6 legit, and I installed kontakt 5.6.6 cracked. I followed the advice to open K5 standalone version and add the libraries, it crashes ok, then I open Logic with kontakt 6 I find there the newly added library, but in a demo version. Where am I wrong? Would you recommend downloading a cracked version of kontakt 6 directly? I imagine this topic has been covered extensively, but I hope to get help. (MacOs Sierra). Thank you.

 

Because you need a cracked version of Kontakt 6+ to use the libraries.

 

I don't know that a legit version will ever be able to run unauthorized libraries even if you added them in a cracked version. So someone else here may know better but my guess is blast everything, and do a clean install with the cracked version. And if you need a newer version for some libraries you'll probably have to get it. If you want to run libraries you didn't pay for, forget any legit version.

May as well. On macOS at least, bundled with Kontakt 6+, you get a standaline version of 5.6.0 or 5.6.6 to add libraries.

 

Dowloaded r4e version 2.2 however in pro tools 10 (AAX 32-bit) it runs in demo mode. Is there any version with working AAX 32-bit?

 

yes you need 5.6.x to load the libraries but it can still give you that error, BUT:

i FINALLY found a solution to that problem (on Mac!) so i could add joshua bells library for example:

open the folder shown here
/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Center/
find the file with the name of the library and open the text editor find the line
and SNPID = 000 write the numbers that are written in the .NICNT file of the corresponding library
DONE

If you use windows try the windows path for NI Service Center, havent tried if it works on win aswell, good luck!
