    Hello,

    I just wondering, what is a good choice for "all in one" solution rompler/sampler (multilayer)... something similar to Steinberg Hypersonic.

    And don't tell Omnisphere, I know that :) I'm curious about software besides Omni.

    Hmmm, Sampletank 2 / SonikSynth is also great and similar to HS i think.

    there is also Kontakt libraries:

    * NI Factory
    * VI.one
    * EastWest Colossus

    but there is a 70% of unuseful sounds :(

    Hypersonic was a relly impressive for it's size, sound quality and sound choices...

    Ok I know that, Kontakt is great, but I look for all-in-one solution ...

    Kontakt is great but you must have 5Tb of space, 50Gb for choirs, 50 for orchestral etc....

    Hypersonic was a great piece of plugin... but I'm afraid we cannot find similar alternative in just 2Gb.

    Have you tried Dimension Pro?
    Its cheap too.

    Dimension Pro is the critically-acclaimed synthesizer that combines real instruments with advanced synthesis
    All 7GB of Dimension Pro content has been compressed and is now available as a 3GB download

    Truth is there is no ALL IN ONE. Kontakt is very diverse for realistic instruments and voices, but it still lacks a LOT in synths. You will find yourself wanting to diversify. Don't fight it, you will only limit yourself.

    No I'm not limit my self ! If I need great library of some instruments I will pick probably some Kontakt library... If I need organ, I will pick extra 5Gb of organ...

    This is just sad story, there is no such a plugin or library with small size and the good sounding instruments like in St. Hyper II ?!????

    Hyper was a plugin comparable with "that days" (2005) hardware workstations, like Korg or Roland etc... just an great suite categorized... (drum sets, pianos, strings, synth leads, synth pads, etc... ) and with basic set of config (envelopes, modulations etc...)

    Dimension is great but .... Sonik Synth is great but ...
    NI Kontakt Factory is great buTTT (with capitative T)

    it's at the end a total waste od 10-20Gb of space, there is a for example 15% of usable sounds and the other 75% is pure garbage... I remember SonikSynth, there is a section of pure waveforms... ok great but what you can really do with their sampler ?!?? a few envelopes a thin filter section etc...

    Hyper was a 100% usable ! That's sad story...

    Best question is what will be used as synth workstation on PC ??? besides real hardware workstation. A 2Tb of data ?!????

    If Roland can make good soundings of Phantom (per example) why there is no PC alternative.

    This opservation lead me to new thread and I must open it http://audiosex.pro/index.php?/topic/9462-software-sampler-choice/

    If you really want something like hypersonic why not get halion sonic? Its supposed to be in the library. I wanted to get it but not with a damn dongle.

    HALion Sonic isn't a sampler but a workstation and it's very good but....you'd have to go with HALion 5 for full sampler functionality and you're good to go!
