is anyone using a bcr2000 controller ? does it work great ? which daw ?

 

They're sweet,a friend has one.You can assign them to all sorts of functions.
I wish I could get ahold of my friend (been over a month)
I'd have him chime in on this.I know he's had it for yrs and loves it.

It seems to me that you can (more or less) assign almost everything (as long that's a MIDI Function, CC Controller,... ) to any of the Knobs and Buttons available in the 'BCR2000', so why a 'specific' Driver ?
I mean, the Driver is, in principle, simply to be able to communicate via USB between your 'BCR2000' and your Computer, another MIDI Device,... or eventually a USB-Hub.

I can only suppose that most of the 'BCR2000' Users (I'm one of them ! *yes* ) can control their VSTi & VST, as long that they properly configure the Settings for each desired Functions to be controlled by their 'BCR2000'.
By the way, as this is a 'MIDI' Controller, you guess that you can even control 'External MIDI Hardware Units', as it's the case for 'Synth Racks', 'Multi-FX Racks' (with 'MIDI' Implementation),... *yes*
As you can see, the List is almost endless... as long that the element(s) to be controlled can handle 'MIDI' Functions (able to Receive and Send 'MIDI' Messages).
