Beatport site causing high CPU usage

    I buy my EDM-ish music from Beatport, but my browser (Firefox and Safari) seems to hog the processor when I switch to the Beatport tab. By the time I've listened to several previews, my CPU temp has climbed and my browser is crawling. Anyone else?

    I'm using macOS Ventura on a 2018 Intel MBP.

    works fine in Opera. on Safari today I get Application error: a client-side exception.

    funny, yes beatport seems to be a cpu hog here too

    https://crates.co will save you a lot of headache when dealing with most beatport browsing
