Hey,
when distributing something to Beatport, does it make much of a difference what label you use? If I understand correctly, you have to use a distributor, and those distributors are only allowed to have one label each. So that could mean that, if you use, say, the Distrokid label, your music might end up being uploaded on Beatport under a different subgenre. I think other distributors allow you to register your own label name.

Is this of any importance? Also these are not labels in the common sense of the word "record label", right?
