Hey guys help me out I have a song with a Melody and chords but IAM having difficulty in making a basic beat for that song I mean the finding out the actually rhythm of the song like where should I add the kick,snare etc its a pop ballad/love song?

 

. Man, if you have a melody then it suggests a rhythm. Surely you can find a loop or pre made drum machine part that would work. Did you ever consider being a pastry chef instead? (that's what I would do if not afflicted with music/audiophile disease) ---Because recording engineer /artist does not seem to be in your blood. I'm sorry, but all the info you are asking for is basic, and without some sort of reference, how can anybody here help?

 

Hahaha actually iam new to this songwriting thing this is the first song i have ever written and i never had a teacher iam a self learner and my sense of rhythm is not very good thats why iam struggling can you help me privately? Thanks.
