Hey yall i'm back again, this time no trap beat. This time it's an uptempo happy track, but I have a problem. I have a chordprogression I like, but the last 3 steps of this chord progression seem to alter the vibe. It kinda breaks the happyness for a moment of seriousness... I want it out, but I can't read notes or whatever, so I don't know what to replace it with to keep the happy attitude, I'm riding solely on my feeling, so if anybody wants to give me some suggestions.. please do!

The problem area can be heard first @ approx. 7 sec, it's the jump to the higher notes. After that it repeats itself the whole time and with other instruments too.Please any of you, I need an happy alternative

You can try this...i made it really quickly, but it works. I'm not sure if you can call it happy attitude...

are your chords in the piano roll of your DAW? you could simply erase those last 3 notes and experiment till you find what you are looking for..



i guess i don;t really hear the "serious part" it all sounds pretty upbeat to me.. (i listen to a lot of doom metal and sludge, so my opinions might be altered heh heh)


you could post a version without the entire chord progression for us to noodle with
