Hey guys I was wondering if anyone else ran into this issue , where you try to load one of your one shot samples into omnipotent and receive a error message saying it isn't the correct file format. Basically is there any software on the sister site that you can batch convert .wav into the correct .wav file if that makes sense.

It's "possible" there is something wrong with the wav file you are trying to load, but you could be loading them incorrectly. On Omnisphere click Utility. Do initialize patch option just for this purpose and for now. Again in Utility click "User Audio" in that dropdown menu. That will take you to the Soundsource Browser and open a file browser for you to select your wave file. Or you can drag and drop to the box to the top right.

Try it with a few different wav files if it doesn't work. Upload them somewhere if they still will not load so that someone might take a look at the files. Or compare ones you get to work with the ones you can't.

can be some broken metadata, Audacity can re-save WAV files without any metadata,
maybe Reaper can too after recent updates

As pointed out by @clone. The following info from the Spectrasonics site may further clarify what you need to understand.
Format, Sample Rate, and Bit Depth
    • Omnisphere can import standard, uncompressed (PCM) stereo or mono .wav, and aif files of any sample rate with bit depths of 8, 16, 24, and 32.
    • Certain files, such as those with advanced compression, cannot be imported. If you receive an error message, simply convert the file to a standard, uncompressed (PCM) .wav, or aif file format and re-import.
