    I honestly couldn't say with any certainty, but I would be willing to bet you could recreate it in Modo Bass!

    Since the same notes don't seem to have any variety (but the different notes a different sound), I assume it's neither a sampled one with RRs or an emulated bass (sorry, Sylenth.Will.Fall :winker:). I think these are rather separate samples or something like Manybass http://www.manytone.com/productinfo_manybass.php.

    Lol Don't apologise.. You've just taught me about Many Bass. I've had that on disc for donkey's years and never tried it.. I might just go dig it out :D

    Any cheap Ibanez, Yamaha or Squier bass. Turn tone knob up all the way, play with pick, distort, compress and EQ. It's a typical smiley-face "Korn/Fieldy-bass". You can also split the bass into two bands (lows/bass and treble/highs) and process them individually to get the character of the lows and highs right. Attenuate the mids.
    Things like Fabfilter Saturn, Ohmboys Ohmicide, etc can work wonders.
