Hello, this could be a stupid question, but I don't know how to solve it. I only can access Blue 2 banks if I start any host as Administrator. Otherwise a window pops out saying "Problem with data file". I search my folders but I can't find any configuration file or data file to manage this. Sorry my poor english.

 

If you are able to run BlueII after starting your DAW/host as admin, don't worry, it's probably just a permissions issue. You can edit your DAW/host (.exe) rightclick / properties and select run as administrator. That should stop the popup window.

 

Thanks, it's just I don't want to run apps allways as Admin. Besides that, I like to know what happens whith these things. Maybe I should'nt worry about it.

 

I was having the same issue, so I reinstalled Blue II over the initial install........no more problem! Don't ask why, cause I don't know!

 

Same thing on Mac, it was a faulty install.
Reinstalled the factory contents, repaired permission and alert disappeared.
