Video quality is bad,picture is blurred, you said i can make it more sharper with video editor? What editor to use?

Throw it in Virtualdub with additional FLV format plugin, and sharpen it there, but I doubt it will help much.

VirtualDub is an extremely handy linear video editor and encoder/transcoder. I never needed anything else for encoding and editing videos. Oh - and it's Open Source and portable. I love it to death. ;)

If the original clip is in a bad quality a converter only won't help you!
To improve it's quality you need an Editor such as Adobe Premiere Elements or Final Cut etc.
And even with these tools you need enough know-how.

 

I have one more question. I use free youtube video downloader and when i download the video downloaded video is changing quality every 2 second,to sharper to blurred. Orginal video from youtube is good. Is there anyway to fix that?

use sony vegas...use the sharpen tool that comes with it...very easy to use...

 

When the method of getting a clip is wrong, you'll never obtain good quality videos.
Most of the "free" YouTube-downloader are crap! And: Most clips on Youtube are uploaded in a bad quality or bad encoded, so when you download them their quality gets even worse. In your case it would mean hours and hours of work to de-blur short sequences.
Is it worth to you? Make sure to get the best the best quality right from beginning. *yes*
