first, great song

negative points :
- EVEYTHING needs more definition. everything

but regarding the absence of any technical reference and mixing methods, I will stop there.

- the voice :yours ? auto-tuned ? auto-tuned as you were recording ?
I'm asking the question because I feel like you were trying to vocally give the effect beofre <= ( *before... that's me going dyslexic ) it was there

- I don't know if it's an acoustic guitar or a electric with a pitch-shifter ( on the R ), but those are a pain in the *ss to EQ, I give you that

positive points :

- I really like the overall ambiance, and I think I dig what you wanted to achieve / sound-wise; and despite appearances, these kinds of sounds / ambiances / mood are really hard to achieve, especially with a home studio. it's not all about the reverb(s), and it's easy to destroy a mix quickly with a simple mistake.

- love your guitar solo sound. What are you using ? I think I've noticed a floyd rose in the beginning ( and some auto-wah )

totally deserve a better mixing-power to make it justice.
great composition, mate. I'm happy that there's great musicians in here.

I remixed the whole track using Izotopes Neutron on a lot of the tracks to help with EQ , Comp & masking !
adjusted other levels etc :
i think it sounds a shit load better :

Yes a much better mix... Vocals more upfront... Guitars more separated...

Only drawback... Is that the newer mix shines a brighter light on some vocal perfomance issues... Specifically the harmonies are not entirely aligned with the lead vox...
