Some suggestions for a good B4 library or software please?

For live use, so 16bit is not a problem

something soft and dirty like this:

For playing a few Bonamassa and Deep Purple songs

Native Instruments already released Native Instruments B4 many years ago

There also Native Instruments Vintage Organs contain Hammond B3 & i don't know about B4

and the dirty sound you can make it with distortion & i believe he using distortion in real time while playing

Hammond never made a B4. The B4 was an old Native Instruments B3 emulation. NI's Vintage Organs took its place, which I am not too crazy about.
Personally, my favorite Hammond B3/C3, etc. emulation is GSI's VB3. I think Guido really nailed it.
Sound Dust's Hammr+ and Growler seem to get a lot of love, but I think the GSI VB3 shits all over it.

    +1 for Soundust
Logics internal organ is a flexible beast.
The sound of organ itself is not a real problem, but the emulation of the rotary is,
Put almost anything with PSP Lotary or Melda MRotary and it will sound gooo

I have been using GSI VB3 also sometimes with the Melda rotary sim. Use the Deep Rock preset for that Jon Lord sound. Been anxiously waiting for the VB3 2 to come out for a long time. You can hear it being used on the new DMC-122 and it is killer!! http://www.genuinesoundware.com/
