    It seems very similar to iZotope Neutron Dynamic EQ and Sound Radix Surfer EQ. Surfer EQ isn't dynamic though, and the bands in Neutron EQ can use either pitch tracking or dynamic mode, not both at the same time. Definitely seems like something that could be useful in a vocal chain!
