over at audioz, saint has a post about a free vpn called windscribe. i got in on an early deal that gives me a free 50gb of traffic every month. not sure if that deal is still available. but there's also a premium service and saint arranged a 50% discount for us. you should try the free version and see if it resolves your issue.

 

Fortunately I was able to solve the problem: I asked for login/pass to my neighbor who gave me. I deactivated the protections on the line.

Use a VPN anyway..BUT NOT a free one, they are worse than nothing. TorGuard is excellent and costs around $12 a month.
It more than pays for itself in about an hour.

Give Epic browser a try, it uses built in proxies to hide your identity...

a VPN will be faster than tor and will get you past the block just fine.
also, your ISP can fuck off.
