I knew this was gonna happen just as I bought the upgrade to pt12 and a new ilok2 since I had the first ilok with my pt10...
I bloody knew it!

It's not that I would use a cracked version of PT. no no.. but I know that ilok 3 will come out and I will have to shell more money for it Also the pain to transfer licenses, deal with early days Pace bugs... argh

So yeh.. fu crackers

bahhhhh this is awesome, but for me its too late, im already fine with subscription plan and they moved most of the HD features to the regular pro tools. but man for other users this will be fun! ill probably use the plugins to wrap in blue cat since r2r's transvst doesnt work in a "legal" pro tools. but this is a breakthrough, i can just imagine a drought after all this has happened "fingers crossed for elicenser, CUBASE etc"

 

That's my issue.. That because they cracked ilok2 we will have to pay more money for ilok3 now. Because I am sure Pace has ilok3 ready in case ilok2 gets cracked. I wonder what insurance they have over this!

It def ruined all these companies' Xmas And to be fair they deserve the money they charge. Avid might even go down the drain now on their PT department. I paid for my upgrade a few days ago. I think $99 dollars is absolutely NOTHING for what they did adding all that stuff on PT Vanilla this year. Will keep supporting them.

 

Yep, I agree. Just upgraded to Cubase 8.5 and feeling ok with my consciousness.

They already were, if youve been following up there were changes to the department, and a new VP was announced because of the user base having enough of their shit (Avid didn't really listen to the customers, up until this vp change just a few months ago to counter this) so they went back to the drawing board. Good news is, theyre finally listening and putting in the features users wanted, and combining most HD features into Vanilla. But just think about this, the United States got a black president before Pro Tools ever introduced track freeze into their software. Cubase and others had this like, waht 10-12 years ago? I'm just saying theyve been down there but things are a changin.

 

i Guess just for PC though i Don't see any thing for Mac yet just a mater of time Congrats to the PC Users The only thing i would use is the Revoice pro and the Slate stuff

any one Know what is Going on with Audioz can't leave any comments it is asking me to insrall some ionCube Loader Wizard stuff Man always something
