Hi fellow Audiosexers,
just today I browsed through LBW (Linux Bier Wanderung) webpage, an event I always liked to join, but either was too young or without resources. Then it occured to me, why don't we make out own IRL meeting?

I understand that in such time with so much overwhelming stuff, and privacy issues, not everyone will be in, yet I think the idea is great - to meet somewhere.
There are some great people and meeting in person would be really inspirational to most of us, I'm sure.

About organising, two places, one in USA and one in Europe. Each group would have a laptop with internet connection, so that we could see each other.
And city - for us europeans, I'm for Wien, not only it's a city of music, but it's easily reachable.

So is there anyone who'd like to meet?

 

That's exactly what i had in mind to suggest in a future topic, lol. I agree with it!

 

Sure if it is in Brazil...World soccer cup, Olympcs, beach, churrasco, cachaça, boilinho d queijo, Amazon...

You can count on me. Wien is chic and expensive. What about Amsterdam?

 

For obvious reasons I couldn't participate and that sucks but I've always wanted to take a trip around the world and visit all the awesome people I've met here. Maybe one day that will happen, you never know.

 

Vienna is not more expensive than Amsterdam at all.

However, would be nice to visit the red light district again, before they completely destroy it

 

Actually, that's why I proposed two meetings - in Americas and in Europe, though I understand that 'your' continent is a bit more 'vast'

Amsterdam is a great choice too, mainly because I've never been there
The idea is easily reachable for everyone
