Hi folks,

anyone here would be interested in some (technical/ethical) AI workshops/guides (texts/videos) I could do by now, relevant to Audio(Sex) community, and sharing experience with each other?

there's a lot to cover already and I personally think education should be free for anyone interested in learning, and "unbiased" from commercial interests (like YouTube clickbait bloat does), despite AI evolving so fast I can't foresee a future without it (even in a very conservative point of view),

also I'd selfishly build up some kind of knowledge base I could return to on my own insights,

price? nothing - I feel like it's high time for my contribution to the "audio" community

Artificial intelligence definition

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science. It imitates human cognitive abilities by recognizing and sorting information from input data. This intelligence can be based on programmed processes or generated by machine learning.

In recent years, great progress has been made, especially in the field of machine learning. This is mainly due to the increasing availability of large amounts of data and high computing power, which are a basic requirement for the complex calculations of machine learning.

In machine learning processes, an algorithm learns to perform a task independently through repetition. The machine orients itself on a given quality criterion and the information content of the data. Unlike conventional algorithms, no solution path is modeled. The computer learns to recognize the structure of the data independently. For example, robots can learn how to grasp certain objects in order to transport them from A to B. They are only told where to transport the objects from and to. The robot learns how exactly it grips through repeated trial and error and through feedback from successful attempts.

 

I'd be interested. Would you be covering just audio-only topics or would you venture out into some of the music business/administration side of things (social media, marketing, etc.)? Thanks!

 

I did a brief one with XLNT sound a while back. We are going to do a more hands on indepth version soon. But here is a good starting point.
