Nothing easier than finishing songs. All you need is to accept you've just produced a shitty song. After that you finish the next, as shitty as the first. If you still like this after writing a few hundred of them you're probably a great composer or at least acquired the right to feel as if you were one.
True on every level of craftmanship: Finishing a song just means to stop working on it and to start with the next. If you have any talent, a single song should mean nothing to you. You can do better anytime.

ps: If you really have four great bars of music, just hire someone to arrange and make it a hit.
