So I've been getting into more of the hardware side of synthesizers and I essentially want the polybrute 12 as my main poly synthesizer but I use alot of team V.R arturia stuff and would like to be able to keep their software but the polybrute 12 has to be licensed through their license center which I understand but also kills my dreams of owning one because I'd have to clean my PC from all the other software that I use almost daily. My question is do you think it would be hard to get the software working with V.R releases or maybe try to give them the software to see if they would do something or should I look elsewhere for a main poly hardware synth.. does anyone else have the polybrute and not use their editor? I have a OB-6 and the editor simply wouldn't work with FL studio due to conflicting midi messages .. which i think the polybrute would have the same issues anyways. So could I use it with no software at all? How does it update its firmware? .. any insight would be nice or any guys use arturia hardware with software.
