Hi guys.
Can someone explain me how the terminal patch (.command) works for these plugins please?
I downloaded them 2 days ago from AudioZ but there's no text guide about patching.
I opened the .command file and entered my password, but not enough. Plugins still run in demo mode. Maybe should i move some file from a folder to another?

I guess you are refering to the VST´s that are in Demo mode after patching
Patch is old but works on new version as Pitchshifter quit some time ago. So forget the directions. they are for older versions..
You probably found out that standalones and AU (if you can use them) are working..

The VST´s on the other hand DOES get patched.. But its not the VST in your Audio/Plug-ins/VST folder that gets the fine treatment.
Instead, head over to: /Library/Arturia
In there you see all instruments in each of their folders.. Look closer in each folders you see .VST and .VST3 files..
THESE are the ones that are patched..

Simply copy them from each folder and overwrite the other VST´s in your /Audio/Plug-ins/VST folder..

All good..

 

Funny enough my AU still where running in demo mode.

 

And even after patching my and overwriting the plugs from /Library/Arturia, they run in demo mode.

 

hi how are you. did you get it to work? i am stuck here at the same spot. i also don't get what password to type in the terminal. in the textfile it says;

but i am not entirely sure what that means. type what where exactly? and drag and drop the patch where?

maybe someone else could help out? love to get my hands on these beautiful emulations! thanks in advance, learned a lot from this site already now finally a member also

Hi! I understand the part about moving VST from auturia to plugin folder but i dont know how to run the patch. There is no file in my download and i dont know who to run it in Terminal. PLEASE HELP

 

Have you soloved it? i dont know ehre to patch and i dont have a patch file

 

Open terminal. Drag the command file to terminal window. Put in your password (system login password). Wait till it finishes and then move the vsts

 

If i failed once is there licence files i have to remove before trying again?

 

My files is called v5.command but i found that one. Tho i still get "not licenced when in ableton"...

 

Not sure what your doing but delete everything and do it again. After patching make sure you are "copying" over the vst and component files not just dragging it over to the vst folders.

 

Hi, I have the same problem about patching. I have no "Patch v4.0.3" file but two files called A_V_C_v5_0_0.zip and A_V_C_v5_0_0 R2.zip.
Any idea on how to have that patch ? Thks.
