Arturia - DX7 V - Jack Deckard - 258 Banks - 8060 Presets - Format DX7 SysEx - 2 MB

One of the most popular digital synths ever was the DX7 from Yamaha, released in 1983.
It featured a whole new type of synthesis called FM (Frequency Modulation).

One Arturia - DX7 V Feature is " Original DX7 SysEx import "
I import the 261 DX7 Soundbanks from the Jack Deckard archive.

Install Instructions ( The file is to big to Import )
1.) Unrar / Unzip (use Winar or use the free 7-Zip)
2.) Copy & Paste and Overwrite the " User " into the DX7 V User Folder:
C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets\DX7 V\User
3.) Open the DX7 V - Click on the " |||\ " (Preset Browser) you find under " BANKS "
your new 261 DX7 V Soudbanks

Thanks for this, I love FM synth. As much as I love the MSEG and other features in the Arturia recreation, I still think I'll get better result with the NI FM8, don't know why, but been using that one for too long I already get used to the simple bright GUI. I assume the sysex can be used with the FM8 and Dexed as well.

EDIT : Just downloaded the package and figured it is already been converted to DX7 format, my bad for not reading the post in its entirety. lol.

Also I need know how to change the Bank picture to something else. Hate the default picture.

Download the new default Picture and overwrite the old default Picture.
