Hey guys I wanted to know if anyone else had this issue or did I get a corrupt installer.. when I try to save a preset it doesn't officially save I also noticed I can't delete presets or banks either .. I'm on Windows 10 and it's a team V.R release 5.4.0.. if you have the same issues ... what did you do to fix the issue?

 

run DAW as admin.

 

I remember running into issues before doing that.. I'm on a different PC now so things might be different... but I'll give it a try.. Thank you. I'm really hoping this gets fixed in the future..

 

Do you think installing it with admin rights would help? Just putting some guess's out there on what would permanently fix it.. I guess it's worth a shot..

 

Everytime you save or add new presets, Arturia's Preset Management system will rewrite the database file (db.db3) that located inside the ProgramData (C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets) folder. Any changes inside the ProgramData folder requires an Admin permission. When you didn't run your DAW as Admin, the plugin will not have enough access to update/write the database file so it can't save the new preset you created. Installing any Arturia plugin requires admin permission, you probably already installed it with Admin permission before.
