Hello everyone,

really nice to be here. I've been suggested to write here for my issue from an user on audioz, I've downloaded this very nice plugin named Artificial Audio Quartz - it was working fine on my snow leopard and now I am experiencing problems on Mavericks.

I've re-downloaded it (same version but on Mavericks you need to create library directories for the plugin's Wavelines and presets) - anyways - even after doing this...the VST doesn't work and the AU crashes when i try to save my project on Ableton.

I would really be grateful if somebody can have this issue fixed...

I have downloaded removed link! (do not link to warez!) version from audioz.

You have downloaded an old version. If you use Ableton 64bit then you need v1.1 definitely.
Quartz and Obelisk have both been updated to v1.1 since, so I suggest using the newer version.
The demo of v1.1 cannot save and interrupts audio once every 60 seconds, but try it anyway to see if the current one works.

 

Thank you for your answer! I use Ableton at 32bit and the problem occurs anyway.

The version I downloaded is a "tested" version from the person who uploaded it online for Mavericks. It's 1.0.2.

I'd really appreciate some help on this!

 

May I simply suggest posting a [REQ) on the sister/brother site here? There are lots of kind folks that will go out of their way to try and help you out!

You can't request because you didn't read the rules/faq section which has a link that says how to post a request. Once clicked you will find an image where we point out what a request should look like and what key areas you have to pay attention to. You can't post a request because you didn't select request as the category in the right.

 

Thanks for your answer, actually I have read the rules/faq + the request how-to section. But probably I am missing something. When I click on the "proper-request" image I can see the file, but when clicking on the "Submit post" link I can see only a message saying that "Only members can make posts".

Sorry I am really new here and I only would like to fix this problem without making other people waste too much time.

 

Did you select the request category on the right hand side from the list?
