Are libraries from older versions of Keyscape compatible with newer versions?

    Im having a problem with Keyscape. I cant activate it. People told me that i need to use a newer version of Keyscape. I was trying to setup 1.3.0f version but there is 1.5.0f but i need to know that are libraries from version 1.3.0f compatiblle with 1.5.0f? or newer versions?

    (im currently using windows 10 and the old version that im talking about is Keyscape 1.3.0f)
